The allocation of direct funding is managed by the European Institutions on a multi-annual financial framework basis. Grants are given to specific projects that relate to EU policies, following a public announcement known as a call for proposals. You can apply for European Direct Funding if you run a business or a related organization and your idea is to implement projects in the interests of the EU and which contribute to the implementation of an EU programme or policy. Contracts are issued by EU institutions to buy services, goods or works that they need for their operations – such as studies, training, conference organization or IT equipment. ELIGIBILITY

We will provide you with a preliminary form to be filled in with your project idea. We will analyze it to assess whether it is compliant with the requirements and objectives set by the European Commission. If so, we will proceed with closing a consultancy contract. Differently, we will guide you through the review of your project idea, in order to understand how to adapt it in the interest of the EU.

EXAMINATION

After the eligibility assessment, we will provide you with a road map containing a list of documents required by the EC to apply for a grant. You will be asked to send us the listed papers within a deadline.

RESEARCH

we continuously monitor the latest Calls for Proposal published by the EC to remain constantly up to date. This allows our experts to identify the most appropriate Call for Proposal for every project idea. The timeframe of this process varies and can last several months depending on how the schedule of the Call for Proposals.

DESIGN

The design of the project represents the most relevant step of the entire process. We can ensure you the experience you need to design a successful project. It is important to go beyond technicalities by highlighting the added value the project can provide to the European Union. We are able to provide you with the expertise of our Project Designers, who are ready to support you in designing your project in the most efficient and effective way.

IMPLEMENTATION

In case of financing, we assist you in the implementation of the project, last step of the process. We will take care of the financial reporting, periodically required by the European Commission to verify whether activities are being implemented according to the submitted project. We will also assist the Lead partner in managing the partnership if needed and help in overcoming any possible barriers.

PARTNERSHIP

Most EU-funded projects are collaborative projects with organizations from different EU countries or associated countries. We will take care of building the best transnational partnership for your project, thanks to our broad network of interested public and private bodies.
